How to choose a domain
Open the catalogue and use the filters to narrow down by category, extension, price range, or status. Each listing card shows the asking price, seller type, and a short description of the brand context.
Open the details page if you want the full description, the registrar of record, the transfer method, and the listing history. Compare a small shortlist before sending an enquiry.
How to submit a purchase request
On the listing page, send a purchase request at the listed price. If you want to negotiate, use the offer form and include your proposed amount and any context the marketplace team should know.
You will receive a confirmation that the enquiry has been received. Each enquiry is tracked with a status and a timestamp.
What happens before payment access is provided
The marketplace verifies that the domain is still available and that the seller controls it in the registrar account on file. Listings that fail this check are removed.
We then confirm transfer readiness: no active transfer locks, no recent ownership changes, and no registrar settings that would block a clean move.
Only after these checks are complete is the buyer given access to the payment step.
How payment is completed through an external hosted payment page
When payment access is provided, the buyer receives a link to an external hosted payment page operated by an approved third-party provider. The buyer enters the payment details on that external page.
The marketplace does not collect or store card details directly. The payment provider returns a settlement confirmation to the marketplace once the buyer has paid.
How registrar-based transfer works
Ownership moves through a standard registrar workflow: account push inside the same registrar, an authorisation code transfer to a different registrar, or a registrar-supported ownership update where available.
The marketplace coordinates the steps with both parties. The buyer is expected to accept inbound transfer requests or complete the receiving account setup in time.
What records are updated after transfer confirmation
When the registrar confirms the ownership change, the marketplace updates the order status to completed and stores the transfer evidence on file. The buyer receives a confirmation email with a summary of the transaction.
The vendor payout step is then unblocked and processed according to the applicable marketplace terms.
The marketplace does not collect or store card details directly. Payment is handled by approved third-party providers on their own hosted page.
