Buying domains
How do I buy a domain?
Open the catalogue and submit a purchase request on the listing page. The marketplace confirms availability and transfer readiness, then sends an external payment link to complete the order.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Each listing has an offer form where you set your proposed amount. The marketplace reviews the offer with the vendor and replies with acceptance, rejection, or a counter-proposal.
Can I contact the team before submitting a request?
Yes. Use the contact form to ask about a specific listing, the transfer process, or pricing logic before committing to a purchase request.
Selling domains
Can a submitted domain be rejected?
Yes. Submitting a domain does not guarantee listing approval. The marketplace reviews the listing details, seller control, and transfer readiness before publishing.
Payments
When is payment access provided?
Payment access is provided only after the marketplace has reviewed availability, seller control, and transfer readiness for the listing.
Does the marketplace collect card details?
No. Payments are completed through approved third-party payment providers using an external hosted payment page. The marketplace does not collect or store card details directly.
Transfers
How is domain ownership transferred?
Ownership moves through standard registrar workflows: account push, authorisation code transfer, or a registrar-supported ownership update. The marketplace coordinates the steps with both parties.
What happens if transfer cannot be completed?
If the registrar cannot complete the transfer for technical or policy reasons, the order moves to a failed state. The marketplace coordinates next steps with the buyer and the vendor, which may include a refund based on the refund policy.
Vendor payouts
When does a vendor receive payout?
After the buyer payment is confirmed and the registrar confirms the ownership change, the marketplace fee is deducted and the remaining net amount is sent to the vendor according to the agreed terms.
